This device provides decoupled X and Y axes rotation with respect to Z (gravity) axis.  Observables are provided for orientation via protractors and encoders are incorporated for capture of rotation rates.   

Designed specifically for study using Freescale IMU evaluation boards but can be easily adapted for other devices.
